Recurring Expenses Tracker Template (local list + export)
Add a name, billing cycle, and next date for each recurring expense - rent, internet, streaming, gym, installments, and similar. Edit the list on this page, then export CSV or print. The tracker runs in your browser. Rows stay on this device. Descriptive only - not financial advice. No income or bank fields.
Safe fields only: expense name, optional amount (digits only), currency once at the top, billing cycle, next date, and notes. Never enter email, phone, bank, card, OTP, IBAN, or Play passwords.
Browser storage only · not a cloud backup. Toggle off anytime to clear the local draft.

Export or print your list
Download CSV (UTF-8 with BOM) with columns name,amount_label,currency,cycle,next_date,notes, or print the table from your browser. Export stays on this device. If CSV download is blocked, print still works. There is no email-the-list form.
How to use this template
- Add a row for each recurring expense you already know about.
- Enter the expense name and billing cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Next date is encouraged for reminder handoff.
- Optionally enter an amount (digits only), set currency once at the top, and add notes. Amount is display only - this page does not total amounts or convert currencies.
- Export CSV or print when you want a local copy.
- In the app: Home + → Add subscriptions (subscription-like rows) or New bill (rent, utilities, installments), set the due date from your tracker, then turn on Bill reminders in Settings. Re-enter kept rows; this page does not send your list to the phone.
What this tool does not do
This browser worksheet is not the in-app Recurring audit, and it does not import rows into the app. It does not compute monthly or annual totals (see the subscription cost calculator). It is not a printable month grid (see the monthly bill calendar). It is not a Keep / Cancel / Review checklist (see the subscription audit checklist). Smart Bill Reminder does not log into your bank. Free handoff is Add subscriptions or New bill plus Bill reminders - not Save as series, and not Premium cancellation reminders as the first free promise.
Quick answers
Is this financial advice?
No. This page is a descriptive template for listing recurring expenses you already know about. It does not tell you what to spend, cut, save, or invest, and it is not tax advice.
Does the app import my tracker rows?
No. There is no automatic import from this web tracker into Smart Bill Reminder. Re-enter kept rows with Add subscriptions or New bill, then turn on Bill reminders in Settings. The list stays on this device unless you export it yourself.
Is this the same as the cost calculator or audit checklist?
No. This is a recurring expense list template. Use the subscription cost calculator for monthly and annual totals, and the subscription audit checklist for Keep, Cancel, or Review decisions.
