How to use this checklist

List services you already pay for - streaming, cloud, gym, news, kids apps, and other repeating charges you know about.
Enter the monthly cost. If you pay yearly, divide by 12 so the totals stay comparable. Optionally set currency once at the top - it shows next to totals (label only, no FX).
Add a billing day or next renewal when you know it. That helps when you later set a due date in the app.
Pick a last-used bucket (this week, this month, 90+ days, never, or unsure). This is your self-report, not app usage tracking.
Mark Keep, Cancel, or Review. Listed and Review totals update as you type; Keep / Cancel money updates when you change Decision.
For Keep rows: install Smart Bill Reminder, use Add subscriptions or New bill, then turn on Bill reminders in Settings.
For Cancel rows: cancel at the provider. The app does not cancel for you.
Print or download the sheet locally if you want a copy on this device.

What this tool does not do

This web page is a decision worksheet. It is not the in-app Recurring audit screen, and it does not import rows into the app. Smart Bill Reminder does not log into your bank or Google Play purchases. Quick answers

Do I need my bank login or card details?

No. This checklist never asks for bank login, card numbers, OTP, IBAN, or Google Play passwords. You type only service names and amounts you already know.

Does this checklist cancel subscriptions for me?

No. Marking Cancel is your local decision on this page. You still cancel with the provider. The Android app also does not auto-cancel; it can open a known cancel page and remind you before a predicted charge.

Does Smart Bill Reminder import this checklist?

No. There is no import from this web worksheet into Recurring audit. Re-enter kept services with Add subscriptions or New bill, then turn on Bill reminders in Settings.
